What does 4700 people singing together sound like...?

That's what the Choir will be finding out on 1st July, when they will perform as part of the 'Voices For A Better World' concert at the O2 arena. Over 4700 children from schools across the country will sing 34 Beatles songs together with several celebrities in a concert to raise money for the charity Global Angels. They will sing in front of an audience of over 10,000 people. The O2 is twice the size of Wembley, to put that into perspective! The Choir can't wait and have been practising the songs hard - which isn't too stressful if you like Beatles songs.
Some of the Choir auditioned for solos.
Here's Ellie Smith singing 'Let It Be'
And here's Megan De Wit singing 'Yesterday'
Best of luck to the girls and the Music Department are crossing our fingers for them.
